机器采用PLC全电脑触摸式显示荧屏控制，使机器的开模、合模、上料、加热、保温、真空冷却、脱模顶出成品，实现全自化循环作业。

机器模腔表面采用特制铝合金主板，热传导效率高，抗拉强度好，寿命长。

机器采用高效率真空泵冷却装置，穿透力强，粘接性好，用汽少，成型速度快，含水量低，能保证加厚泡塑板的内外一致性，生产效率成倍增长。

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

1.The machine is welded with high quality steel and processed by ageing heat treatment.Therefore,it has the feature of high strength and non-deformation,and can endure the expansive force of high density products.

2. The machine uses the control of full-computerized touch type display.Therefore,its mould opening,mould closing,loading,heating,thermal insulating,vacuum cooling,mould releasing to push out the product can achieve full-auto cycle operation.

3.The surface of machine mould cavity uses a special aluminum alloy main plate.It has high heat conductivity,high tensile strength and long life.

4.The machine uses high effcient vacuum pump cooling device.It has strong penetration force,good viscosity,less steam consumption,high moulding speed,and low water content,which can ensure the consistency bet ween the inside and outside of foam plate and multiply the productivity.
