     EPS板材机采用新型随动气室，从根本上解决了板材上下受热不均导致变形的问题。

     EPS板材机采用优质型钢焊接而成，并经过时效热处理，强度高，不变形，能承受高密度制品的膨胀力。

     机器采用PLC全电脑触摸式显示荧屏控制，使机器的开模、合模、上料、加热、保温、真空冷却、脱模顶出成品，实现全自化循环作业。模腔表面采用特制铝合金主板，热传导效率高，抗拉强度好，寿命长。

    2.The machine is welded by high-quality shape steel and treated in an effective thermal way which can bring a high strength,on-deformation and high resistance to the expansive force from high-density products.

    3.The machine is controlled by PLC full computer touch screen displayer which can realize a full automatic cycle operation of mounld opening,mould closing,material feeding,heating,heat preserving,vacuum cooling,demoulding and extruding-out of finished products.

    4.The surface of the  mould is made of special aluminum alloy which can realize a high effciency of heat conduction,favorable tensile strength and long service life.

    5.The machine is integreated with overseas advanced and special penetrating and heating techniques for shaping,and a high pressure suction fan for material feeding,cooling with a strong penetrability,favorable adhesivity,low consuption of steam,high speed of shaping and low water content so as to ensure the unifomity of inside and outside of the product.The cassette mechanism of the machine applies a synchronnus transmission with a large adjustable range for rise and fall so as to realize its multipurpose application.
